Alexandra Moldovan and Tatiana Poupinha, founders of ALIGN.

Where mental health and performance meet.

1:1 sessions and workshops for people who carry real responsibility, and for the organizations that depend on them.

Who we work with

ALIGN is for people who perform at a high level and feel the cost of it.

The cost of sustained responsibility rarely shows up in your results. It shows up earlier, and much more quietly.

  • You can’t switch off, even when you’re exhausted.
  • Your mind is always on: decisions, people, expectations, pressure.
  • You’re irritable or disconnected, and you don’t always know why.
  • Sunday evenings hit harder than they used to.
  • You’re successful on paper, but not in how you feel.
  • Sleep helps, but not enough.
  • You keep going, but it doesn’t feel sustainable.
  • Professionals

Demanding roles, high standards, little room to stop.

  • Leaders

Carrying decisions, teams, and the pressure of both.

  • Founders and high-achievers

Used to delivering, looking for a way to keep doing it.

  • Women at work

Working through perimenopause or menopause while the demands stay the same.

  • Expats

Building a life and a career, and finding balance, in a new country.

  • Organizations

Teams and employers who treat wellbeing as part of performance, not a benefit.

What we offer

Two formats, one way of working.

Individual

1:1 Sessions

One-to-one psychological support, shaped around what you’re actually dealing with right now.

Practical work with a clinical foundation. The focus is on what happens in an ordinary week, not only in the session.

Two focus areas

Performance & Regulation

For professionals and leaders who want to see how pressure moves through their thinking, their decisions and their relationships, and to steady it in ways that hold under real conditions.

Women’s Health at Work

For women working through perimenopause and menopause while carrying a full load. Sessions cover concentration, mood, sleep and identity, and how to keep leading while things are changing.

Teams & organizations

Workshops

Sessions for teams that pair psychoeducation with hands-on exercises.

People leave with language for what they’re dealing with, and something they can use the same week.

Two tracks

Stress, Regulation & High Performance

For teams working under sustained pressure, decision fatigue and high-responsibility workloads.

Navigating Women’s Health at Work

For organizations that want to discuss hormonal transitions properly: what is happening cognitively and emotionally, how it shows at work, and what each side can do about it.

Why ALIGN

Wellbeing isn’t the reward for performing well. It’s what makes it possible.

Between our training and our work inside organizations, we kept meeting people who were doing well by every visible measure and carrying more than the people around them knew.

ALIGN started there. It’s somewhere to work on that properly, with people trained for it.

How we work

  • Psychologists with a clinical foundation, working specifically with pressure and high-responsibility roles
  • A steady, unhurried space to think out loud and be understood without judgment
  • Methods you can use during pressure, not only after it
  • Applied work rather than theory, with a clear structure so you know where it’s going

We’re not trying to change what you’re capable of. We’re trying to make it sustainable.

About ALIGN

The people you’d actually be working with.

ALIGN is Alexandra Moldovan and Tatiana Poupinha: two psychologists trained in clinical and organizational psychology, who share the view that wellbeing is where performance starts.

Alexandra Moldovan

  • Psychologist
  • MSc in Health and Clinical Psychology
  • Mental Health & Workplace Wellbeing

I’m Alexandra, a psychologist working at the intersection of emotions, performance, and real life.

With a background in clinical psychology and specialized training in emotional regulation and high-performance contexts, my focus has always been the same: helping people function better, not just reflect more.

I work with individuals who operate under pressure and want to do it sustainably. That means understanding how stress shows up in your body, your decisions, and your relationships, and building practical ways to regulate it.

Tatiana Poupinha

  • Psychologist
  • MSc Clinical Psychology
  • Psychological Coaching Specialization
  • Mental Health & Workplace Wellbeing

I’m Tatiana. I’ve spent my career sitting with people under real pressure, from professionals in demanding corporate environments to people rebuilding after a crisis.

That range changed how I understand stress. It doesn’t look the same on any two people. What helps is understanding the particular weight someone carries, and finding a way through that fits their actual life.

My background is a clinical foundation with an advanced specialization in psychological coaching, and both show up in how I work.

Questions

Worth knowing before you get in touch.

Is this therapy?

No. We are psychologists and the work draws on clinical training, but what we offer is support focused on wellbeing and how you function at work, not the diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition. If that is what you need, we will say so and help you find the right person.

What happens after I get in touch?

One of us replies by email, usually within a couple of working days. If it looks like a fit, we arrange a short call to understand what you need and explain how we work. Nothing is committed at that point.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will send clear pricing.

Do you work with organizations, or only individuals?

Both. We offer 1:1 support for individuals and workshops for teams and organizations.
